• Process Ownership

Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for transport business processes within Lixil Europe Develop, document, and implement process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analysis of logistics processes to identify deficits and optimization potential Design and realization of standardized processes in the area of transport management in the context of the global implementation of SAP S / 4 HANA at Lixil.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, finance, operations, etc.) as well as external stakeholders and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders
• Project Management Conception and implementation of a transportation management system Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
