as soon as possible. The demanding and responsible task of the IT administrator include supporting a CAD IT infrastructure as well as technical support for users from the "FAIR Site & Buildings" department, as the client and the commissioned construction companies. Your tasks:
- Support and maintenance of the CAD IT infrastructure
- Administration and support of databases & software for construction site operations
- Administration, installation, configuration and operation of Windows servers and client operating systems
- Independent analysis and independent processing of incoming support and service requests in the areas of CAD, MS Office, client operating system
- Error analysis and own development of solutions
- Regular documentation of processes and workflows
- Creating statistics and reports
- General administration, maintenance and further development of the Microsoft IT infrastructure for approx. 3000 client systems and 2000 users in a constantly evolving and heterogeneous IT environment.
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of information technology or similar
- Several years of operational professional experience in an IT-related field (e.g. IT service management, customer support, service desk, helpdesk, IT administration or a comparable activity)
- Professional experience as a system administrator
- Secure administration of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, Ethernet networks, database applications and CAD software in the construction sector
- Good communication skills and a strong service mentality
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Fluent communication in German is a prerequisite
- Good written and spoken English skills desirable.
