Overview

Job Summary:

This Transformation Leader will lead an influential team that prioritizes business opportunities and works with the appropriate stakeholders and execution team to deliver the processes and technologies to capitalize on this opportunity. The role will interface between the Transformation Office and Allegis Group Operating Company leadership to manage towards successful outcomes.

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for:

  1. Driving the coalition towards their shared vision through leading the standup, activation, and ongoing alignment and execution of the strategic priorities.
  2. Partnering with Executive Stakeholders in driving business value within the strategic priorities identified by the coalition and the Operating Companies.
  3. Driving coordination across the coalition and the organization to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
  4. Driving central Transformation Management capability standards within the Coalition.
  5. Managing a backlog of business problems/needs, ensuring they are efficiently addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  6. Developing insightful artifacts based on data analysis that can assist in strategic decision-making and planning.
  7. Collaborating with BI teams to provide relevant analytics, insights, and data to support decision-making processes within the coalition.
  8. Interacting regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and support offered.
  9. Being a point of escalation for challenges within coalition initiatives.

Supervisory or Management Responsibility:

Responsible for managing and supporting the Talent Experience & Recruitment Efficiency Coalition Executive Team to ensure individual and team success. Managing Transformation Project Managers who are aligned with coalition initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  1. 4 year degree or 12+ years of related work experience.
  2. Desired experience in Business Transformation, Project/Program/Product Management, Strategic Change Management, Communications. Staffing Industry required.

Skills/Abilities:

  1. Robust depth of knowledge of recruiting industry practices.
  2. Experienced at working with both traditional and alternate delivery models.
  3. Prior experience in working across Allegis Operating Companies is desired.
  4. Self-starter able to navigate ambiguous environments.
  5. Skilled in problem-solving and the ability to handle a backlog of issues efficiently.
  6. Demonstrates strategic thinking skills including critical thinking and creativity
  7. Able to challenge assumptions and foster dialogue to create an environment of collaboration.
  8. Embodies strong leadership qualities in working with varying roles in the organization.
  9. Demonstrates executive presence and influence skill.
  10. Experience building, leading, and managing effective goal-achieving teams.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Embraces an agile mindset and strives for continuous improvement through experimentation.
  13. Authoritatively willing to own final decisions to coalesce a clear vision.
  14. Proven experience to design business analytics for an executive audience.

Salary Range:

  1. $113,200-$169,800
  2. The position is bonus eligible

Office Requirements:

  1. Candidates local to the Maryland area are expected in office 2-3 days per week
  2. Open to remote candidates
