Senior Consultant / Transformation Specialist

1. Strategy Design & Implementation: Support the development and execution of corporate transformation strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
3. Change Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support stakeholders in adapting to transformation efforts.
4. Process Restructuring & Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Business Unit Support: Collaborate with different business units to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, aiding in the execution of transformation initiatives.
6. Organic & Non-Organic Growth: Generate business cases, lead due diligences, and identify synergies.
7. Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Develop and execute integration plans, align organizational structures, and optimize processes post-acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation roles.
• Previous experience in a top-tier consultancy is highly desirable.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong ability to manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
