Transformation Manager (m / f / d) - Remote

Aufgaben

1. Strategy Design & Implementation: Support the development and execution of corporate transformation strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
3. Change Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support stakeholders in adapting to transformation efforts.
4. Process Restructuring & Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Business Unit Support: Collaborate with different business units to translate their strategic goals into actionable plans, helping them execute and implement transformation initiatives.
6. Organic & non-organic growth: Generate business cases, lead due diligence, and identify synergies.
7. Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Develop and execute integration plans, align organizational structures, and optimize processes post-acquisition.

Qualifikation

1. Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation roles.
2. Previous experience in a top-tier consultancy firm is highly desirable.
3. Master’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or a related field.
4. Fluent in business English and German.
5. Strong ability to manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
6. Understanding of financial modeling, business valuation, and synergy realization.
7. Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
8. Strong skills in leading organizational change, aligning stakeholders, and managing resistance.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with executives and cross-functional teams.
10. Strong drive to change the status quo and to be persistent.
11. Growth mindset and can-do attitude.
