  • Champion exceptional customer service excellence, scaling organizational, process, and technological maturity globally
  • Drive the transformation of Customer Service teams across 70+ countries, pioneering innovative improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure impactful change management and empower people through enablement initiatives
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and inspire teams to achieve ambitious customer service objectives
  • Lead global projects with a KPI-driven focus, ensuring measurable outcomes, such as improved service levels or reduced complaint rates
Who you are
  • A strategic thinker with a degree in business or computer science, passionate about harmonizing customer processes with business goals
  • Equipped with a track record in business/IT consulting, accustomed to complexity and balancing diverse global stakeholders
  • Experienced with Salesforce customer service processes and contact center optimizations
  • A natural translator between business and technology, ensuring alignment and synergy
  • Culturally agile, thriving in international, cross-functional environments with fluent English communication
