Job summary

TKE Home Solutions, the home mobility expert within TK Elevator, seeks a Transformation Lead for Operational Excellence. You will steer the Elevate workstream, collaborate with country leadership, and drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across installation, service, manufacturing, logistics and procurement.

Location is flexible within direct sales countries and hiring will define specifics. The role offers high exposure to the executive team, shaping the operational transformation

Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or operational transformation in a complex international environment.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, efficiency, and operational improvements with measurable P&L impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of multi-workstream leadership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across markets.
• Collaborative, pragmatic team player with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; German an advantage.

Role Scope

In the role of Transformation Lead Operational Excellence, you will steer the Operational Excellence workstream of Elevate, our group-wide transformation program, with a clear focus on improving productivity, performance and quality in new installation, service, manufacturing, logistics and procurement across all Home Solutions markets.

Working closely with country leadership and senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities in the markets, challenge the status quo, and drive action across key operational levers, such as lead-time reduction, factory automation, procurement spend reduction, and new installation and service operations productivity improvement. Insights are converted into concrete measures, securing the delivery of measurable business and P&L impact.

The position provides substantial visibility with the executive team, together with a distinctive mandate to shape the operational transformation agenda of TKE Home Solutions. Location is flexible in one of our direct sales countries and will be defined together during the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the Operational Excellence workstream within the Elevate transformation program by identifying operational opportunities to increase profit, challenging current thinking, and driving actions through to measurable results.
• Lead strategic initiatives across key operational value drivers, including process optimization, standardization, service delivery, resource productivity, and cost efficiency across markets.
• Own value realization end-to-end, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable P&L and EBITDA impact and addressing gaps between plan and actual performance.
• Conduct fact-based analyses to identify value creation opportunities, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to enable data-driven execution.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape transformation priorities, challenge existing approaches, and drive cross-functional alignment and operational best practices across markets.
• Manage multiple workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced transformation environment, setting priorities independently while balancing depth and speed.

• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or operational transformation roles in a complex international environment; industrial, manufacturing, or service settings and prior experience at a business owned by a Private Equity firm are an advantage.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance improvements with measurable business and P&L impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to run multiple workstreams at once and translate insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and drive alignment across functions and markets.
• Collaborative and pragmatic team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust-based relationships to accelerate business impact
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.
