Zusammenfassung

TK Elevator is looking for a compliance expert to promote compliance culture globally and support the development of the compliance strategy. Your role will involve identifying compliance risks and advising corporate functions in a diverse international environment.

Ideal candidates will have a law degree with knowledge of antitrust law and at least 5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in both English and German is required, and a strong affinity for digital tools and AI applications is preferred.

What we expect

• You will promote TK Elevator’s compliance culture and compliance awareness worldwide in close coordination with the regional compliance organisation.
• You will support the further development and implementation of the TK Elevator compliance strategy, with a focus on preventive measures, processes, tools and digital solutions.
• You will identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks in the global elevator business, particularly in the area of antitrust law.
• You will advise corporate functions and business units in a pragmatic, risk‑oriented and business‑focused manner on compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.
• You monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact and derive practical recommendations.
• You will take on responsibility in international projects, work flexibly on changing compliance priorities and bring an affinity for IT‑supported and AI‑based work methods.

Who we are looking for

• You have relevant qualifications and experience in the field of compliance, ideally a law degree with in‑depth knowledge of antitrust law.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a company, a compliance role or a law firm specialising in commercial law.
• You possess high ethical standards, sound judgement and enjoy collaborating in a diverse, international environment.
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, positive energy, flexibility and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented "can‑do" attitude.
• You work confidently in a matrix organisation and interact successfully with various stakeholders.
• You have a strong affinity for digital tools, IT‑supported processes and AI applications.
• And last but not least, you are fluent in English and German.
