Jobbeschreibung

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations, and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Training Services Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organization, and delivery of Material Management Seminars to airline and MRO customers, as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues.
  2. Support the Training Services Team in updating training material.
  3. Assist with marketing-related activities in collaboration with the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams.
  4. Provide administration and event management support for the Training Services Department as per the respective event task list.
  5. Host customer events worldwide to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  6. Assist with training administration related to customer visits, including hotel, transport, catering, room booking, and invitation letters.
  7. Act as Customer Liaison to follow up on training requests and queries in coordination with the Training Services Manager.
  8. Manage the global training email inbox: read and respond to customer queries, and distribute tasks accordingly.
  9. Conduct internal and external training sessions worldwide for customers and colleagues, including work package management such as preparation and administration of events.
Your Profile:
  1. Completed studies in business administration, communication studies, economics, or a comparable qualification.
  2. More than three years of professional experience in customer service, project management, and event and communication management.
  3. Good knowledge of change management.
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  5. Knowledge of French and German is an advantage.
  6. Willingness to travel at least 5 times a year worldwide is essential.
