We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are seeking a motivated employee for the position of Training Services Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organization, and delivery of Material Management Seminars for Airline and MRO customers, as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues.
  2. Support the Training Services Team in updating training materials.
  3. Assist with marketing activities alongside the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams.
  4. Provide administration and event management support for the Training Services Department, according to event task lists.
  5. Host customer events worldwide to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  6. Support training administration during customer visits, including hotel, transport, catering, room bookings, and invitation letters.
  7. Serve as Customer Liaison to follow up on training requests and queries in coordination with the Training Services Manager.
  8. Manage the global training email inbox, respond to customer queries, and distribute tasks accordingly.
  9. Conduct worldwide internal and external training sessions for customers and colleagues, including work package management such as event preparation and administration.
Your profile:
  1. Completed studies in business administration, communication studies, economics, or a comparable qualification.
  2. More than three years of professional experience in customer service, project management, and event and communication management.
  3. Good knowledge of change management.
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  5. French and German language skills are advantageous.
  6. Willingness to travel at least 5 times a year worldwide is essential.
