Responsibilities:
- Contribute to end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organization, and delivery of Material Management Seminars for Airline and MRO customers, as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues.
- Support the Training Services Team in updating training materials.
- Assist with marketing activities alongside the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams.
- Provide administration and event management support for the Training Services Department, according to event task lists.
- Host customer events worldwide to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Support training administration during customer visits, including hotel, transport, catering, room bookings, and invitation letters.
- Serve as Customer Liaison to follow up on training requests and queries in coordination with the Training Services Manager.
- Manage the global training email inbox, respond to customer queries, and distribute tasks accordingly.
- Conduct worldwide internal and external training sessions for customers and colleagues, including work package management such as event preparation and administration.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, communication studies, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- More than three years of professional experience in customer service, project management, and event and communication management.
- Good knowledge of change management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- French and German language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel at least 5 times a year worldwide is essential.
