  • Ability to develop training concepts based on customer segments, our full MCS solutions, sales best practices, objection handling, and competitive analysis.

  • Strong ability to create digital content such as eLearning, how-to videos, and other digital media.

  • Deliver training via various methods, including webinars, congresses, customer support, classroom training, and other digital formats.

  • Adhere to global learning management processes concerning certification, learning paths, and validation of training materials.

  • Collaborate with relevant business sectors, marketing, and internal stakeholders to support product launches and global learning initiatives.

  • Communicate regularly with customers and departments to expand knowledge of product acceptance, application trends, customer needs, and competitive information.

  • Share and implement global best practices, objection handling techniques, and continuously develop training content accordingly.

  • Provide application and sales support at customer sites as part of personal development and content enrichment.

  • Work closely and independently within international teams.

  • Respond to technical questions from various departments, such as the support hotline.

  • Assist the QM department in handling complaints.

  • Occasional international travel to support global training activities.


  • Degree in Business Management, medical science, medical technology, engineering, or related field.

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience in solution selling, with a focus on Neurosurgery being a significant advantage.

  • Solid clinical understanding of microsurgery, especially in Neurosurgery.

  • Proven ability to develop training concepts for both classroom and digital formats.

  • Understanding of sales excellence and connectivity in medical technology.

  • Solid commercial understanding, including patient journeys, customer workflows, and segments.
