Responsibilities

1. Develop training concepts based on customer segments, MCS solutions, sales best practices, objection handling, and competitive analysis.
2. Create digital content such as eLearning modules and videos.
3. Deliver training via webinars, congresses, customer support, classroom, and digital methods.
4. Follow global learning management processes for certification, learning paths, and validation.
5. Collaborate with business sectors, marketing, and internal stakeholders for product launches and initiatives.
6. Communicate with customers and departments to promote product knowledge and application trends.
7. Share global best practices and develop training content accordingly.
8. Support application and sales at customer sites for personal development and content enrichment.
9. Work independently and closely with international teams.
10. Answer technical questions from departments like support hotline.
11. Assist the QM department with complaint handling.
12. Occasional international travel for global training support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Medical Science, Medical Technology, or Engineering Science.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in solution selling, especially in Neurosurgery, is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of Microsurgery in Neurosurgery.
• Proven ability to develop training concepts for classroom and digital formats.
• Understanding of sales excellence and connectivity in medical technology.
