Are you an experienced training professional with a passion for developing and implementing effective learning programs? If so, we invite you to join our team in Düsseldorf (Airport City) as the Training Manager (f/m/d) for our global Transformation rollout program.
In this role, you will oversee and manage the development and implementation of training programs across GEA related to the ERP rollout across an international company with over 18,000 employees and more than 210 legal entities worldwide. Over the next five years, GEA will consolidate its global process and ERP landscape in partnership with SAP, the market leader in Enterprise Resource Planning. This ambitious program demands clear, consistent, and engaging training solutions for all rollout entities around the globe.
