Qualifikationen

Job Description:
  • Conduct training activities for digitalizing people processes, including SuccessFactors implementation, to ensure timely achievement of training objectives.
  • Establish release-specific training requirements, define training objectives, and determine training scope.
  • Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and SMEs.
  • Develop and update Business Process Materials and User Manuals using SAP Enable Now.
  • Execute the multi-year training project plan on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team on course development, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, materials development, technology integration, and reviews.
  • Create training materials as needed.
  • Support the development of the Train the Trainer approach and facilitate training sessions when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • One year of experience in HR, recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Over 8 years of experience in training and adult learning.
  • At least two years of instructional training experience with SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core SuccessFactors concepts and interfaces is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a trainer focusing on HR, business processes, workflows, and technology instruction.
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar platforms like WalkMe is preferred.
