Halliburton Energy Services is seeking two Training & Development Specialists to design, deliver, and coordinate learning initiatives across Guyana and Suriname. You will support workforce capability, align with regional development strategies, and interact with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning, with experience in facilitating training and managing multiple priorities. Travel within the region is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or similar roles.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong organization, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver training programs for employees in Guyana.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps with managers.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and onboarding.
• Maintain training calendars, materials, records, and dashboards.
• Monitor training effectiveness with KPIs and evaluations.
• Support regional Talent Management and curriculum development.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labor requirements.

About the Role

This role is essential to building workforce capabilities, supporting employee growth, and ensuring alignment with regional development strategies. The ideal candidates are passionate about learning, detail‑oriented, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver training programs (technical, compliance, and soft skills) for employees across Guyana.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Maintain and update training calendars, materials, records, and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor training effectiveness using evaluations, KPIs, and feedback tools.
• Support regional Talent Management initiatives and contribute to curriculum development.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and educational partners.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and country-specific labor requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regional or multicultural environments and working with regional teams across LATAM or the Caribbean.
• Knowledge of instructional design or adult‑learning principles.
• Ability to travel within the country and occasionally within the region.
• Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
