As a Technical Trainer at Harmonic, you will work closely with Sales, Services, Operations, Product Management, and R&D teams to develop and deliver high-quality technical education for customers, partners, and internal teams. This is a customer-facing role requiring previous experience delivering technical training and confidently presenting complex technical topics. You will create and deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT), webinars, trainer-led videos, and engaging LMS courses while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and an exceptional learning experience. You will also support training project planning, contribute to customer training proposals, and deliver both remote and onsite training, including occasional international travel.
You are required to travel up to 50% of the time.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
