What Will I Be Doing
From day one, you will support our Talent Management department in administering our Software Trainings. Your tasks will include:
- Owning the overall Training and Learning Landscape Administration at SAP Fioneer.
- Processing customer inquiries and discussing requirements for our training programs with relevant stakeholders, such as Product Owners.
- Creating and managing user profiles in our LMS.
- Stakeholder management within our Training and Learning Landscape.
- Structuring content within our LMS, including retrieving and analyzing relevant data.
- Organizing and restructuring our Training and Learning Tools.
- Becoming the key stakeholder for the administration of Trainings and Learning Programs at SAP Fioneer.

Requirements
You are working in:
- Internal Training Programs, Learning & Development, Technical Trainings, Product Trainings, Career Development, Learning Systems (LMS), Technical Support Department, and/or Performance Enablement within a company or larger organization.
Topic Expertise:
- Strong interest in administering Training and Learning Development within a fast-growing environment.
- Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of Training Tools—ideally experience with "Litmos".
- Exceptional organizational strength, team spirit, and drive to succeed.
- Strong diligence and a hands-on mentality in solving challenges within complex environments.
- Ideally, some experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus.
