Responsibilities:

1. Conduct effective training sessions on project-specific and company-wide processes
2. Design and update training materials and programs
3. Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and track progress
4. Collaborate with management to assess and improve training effectiveness
5. Maintain detailed records of training sessions and produce reports
6. Offer ongoing coaching and support to team members
7. Create an interactive and motivating training environment
8. Ensure training content meets compliance and quality standards

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in training or coaching, preferably in customer service or call center environment
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English (minimum C1) with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office; familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus
• Problem-solving skills to assess needs and provide solutions
