Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for large groups of trainees, clearly presenting information, verifying comprehension, and incorporating feedback when possible.
  • Partner with client training teams to facilitate smooth transitions during new system launches and help align client business processes.
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to provide a consistent and seamless onboarding experience for new hires throughout recruitment, training, and basecamp stages.
  • Develop and update training materials including handouts, manuals, exercises, assessments, and exams.
  • Prepare training environments by setting up IT and phone equipment, arranging seating, distributing documents, and publishing schedules.
  • Deliver and lead training programs, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work closely with team managers, points of contact, agents, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes to ensure continuous enhancement.
  • Monitor agent call and case handling quality to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Keep accurate records of learner progress and resource usage for proper tracking and documentation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy to understand the needs of agents, management, and clients.
  • Ability to adapt training and communication styles to suit both groups and individuals with varying learning preferences.
  • Skilled in engaging and motivating both new hires and experienced team members throughout the training process.
  • Capable of addressing participant concerns and directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting goals and targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable setting up and using IT and telephony equipment for training sessions.
