• Conduct training sessions for large groups of trainees clearly presenting information verifying comprehension and incorporating feedback when possible.
• Partner with client training teams to facilitate smooth transitions during new system launches and help align client business processes.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to provide a consistent and seamless onboarding experience for new hires throughout recruitment training and basecamp stages.
• Develop and update training materials including handouts manuals exercises assessments and exams.
• Prepare training environments by setting up IT and phone equipment arranging seating distributing documents and publishing schedules.
• Deliver and lead training programs demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work closely with team managers points of contact agents and other stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes to ensure continuous enhancement.
• Monitor agent call and case handling quality to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep accurate records of learner progress and resource usage for proper tracking and documentation.
