Jobbeschreibung

Working within the Training team, this role will be responsible for executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL plan for the Training position in Germany. The role will work across the organization, aligning the needs of our customers and points of sale (POS) to drive exceptional customer experiences and increase sales of our brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane).

Additionally, this position will be responsible for delivering technical and commercial training, organizing promotional events, and managing administrative tasks related to training and animation activities. Given the highly cross-functional nature of this role, strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for the luxury and cosmetics industry are essential. This role reports to the Commercial Director.

Main Tasks & Duties

Training (70%)

  • Deliver technical and theoretical training (in-person and virtual) that is engaging, informative, and maximizes product knowledge retention on the latest skincare techniques and product launches in North, Berlin, and Eastern Germany.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Provide expert Valmont professional aesthetic services and sales advice to clients.
  • Regularly train Valmont Beauty Advisors in department stores on products and new launches.

Events (20%)

  • Conduct animations at spas, department stores, and various points of sale by performing facials, masterclasses, and pop-up events (in-person or virtual, depending on client needs) in North, Berlin, and Eastern Germany, while providing support trainings in Poland.

Administrative Tasks (5-10%)

  • Organize schedules and manage travel coordination based on sales team requests.
  • Ensure that all paperwork after each training or animation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to schedule training, order gifts, and document follow-up notes and photos after each session.
  • Proactively follow up and support client needs and requests.
  • Oversee Cube Management for the area.

Meetings (5%)

  • Attend National Sales and Training meetings 2-4 times per year to stay up to date on product launches and new protocols.

Qualifications :

  • Mandatory degree in beauty & aesthetics (facials and body treatments).
  • Capacity to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to learn and perfect Valmont´s face & body protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking.
  • Customer-oriented with an ability to sell and give sales-based trainings.
  • Highly collaborative; working with various departments in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and pro-active organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-confident, and self-motivated, flexible, team-player, and positive attitude.
