ABOUT THE TRAINEESHIP

The trainee will be exposed to and contribute to A R T’s strategic communications services – press relations, content development, brand counsel, digital strategy. She/He will bring strategic ideas and creative knowledge acquired through her/his studies to internal company matters and will assist in the operation of the day-to-day business for A R T’s network of international art, design, and architecture clients. The trainee will learn to develop communication campaigns, manage digital channels, and support media relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PR and Communications:
2. Assist in client work, brand strategy, and campaign development.
3. Prepare and issue press releases, liaise with journalists, support media campaigns, and analyze media coverage.
4. Organize media materials, support meetings, and manage media contacts.
5. Collect data from campaigns and research media figures.
6. Support internal marketing and advertising activities.

Digital + Social Media:

1. Manage and update A R T’s digital channels, including website, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Provide counsel on digital improvements, produce and promote content, and engage with audiences.
3. Research market trends and analyze digital presence data.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with experience in PR, Marketing, Art, Design, or Communications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German beneficial.
• Self-starter, ambitious, organized, detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign preferred.
