Your mission
Are you self-motivated and love working independently? Then you are a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. During a 12-month program, you will get to know pretty much all topics along the sales value chain and online lead generation. As we are convinced that getting to know each other works best through active participation, you will be part of the team right from the start - and have the chance to take on responsibility. Become a Sales Pro: responsibility for the entire cycle, from prospecting to managing proposals and closing deals
Learn to generate qualified outbound leads by arousing interest in eGENTIC's services
Learn how to approach new clients: combine networking, cold calling and opening conversations with key decision-makers from various industries
Learn to research essential company information for business initiation
Learn to use Salesforce as CRM system to maintain and to create leads and opportunities
Reach your individual targets in terms of contact rate and follow-up of new business activities
Learn to optimize Lead Funnels in online marketing for lead generation
Learn to manage your own client portfolio with full responsibility for retention and expansion
You will be issued with KPI’s which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possible
Focus: keep an eye on market trends
Regular face-to-face team meetings and presentations
Your profile
Bachelor´s degree (or a comparable completed apprenticeship)
Nice to have: initial experience in sales/business development, preferably in online marketing / call center software / B2B software / lead generation
Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
Ability to hit the ground running
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach paired with excellent time management and organization
Willingness to travel frequently
Fluent inDutch or Flemish and English
