Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Quality at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Fluent in English and German
2. Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
3. First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in a Quality department
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding of process optimization
