We are looking for Trainee Project Management / Process Engineering (m/w/d) at our location in Wemding.

What to expect:

• Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
• Assist in engineering tasks such as design reviews and process optimization.
• Coordinate communication between R&D, production, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Are you ready?

• Enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a similar field.
• Good command of English; German skills are a plus.
• Practical experience or strong interest in manufacturing, ideally in automotive.
• Motivated, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
