WELCOME TO BASF

Getting started instead of waiting? Starting in October 2025, we will enter the next round with our START IN trainee program at our Berlin site. Are you looking for a trainee program in the field of business or especially for Bachelor or Master graduates? Then become part of our Service Hub team. We will prepare you for your future employment with us through various stations. Each START IN program is individually tailored to you and your strengths. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

During the 18-month rotation program, you will gain versatile insights into various departments of our international competence and service hub, actively shaping your career start with us.

1. Work with your mentor to develop a personal development plan tailored to your strengths and interests.
2. Explore different departments of our international competence and service hub, familiarizing yourself with various subject areas to gain comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-unit tasks.
3. Take responsibility for exciting (sub-)projects and contribute ideas to optimize our services and delivery.
4. Participate in a three-month abroad stay or assignment at another BASF Group company to expand your network and intercultural skills.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Good Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics, social sciences, humanities, technology or information sciences.
• Practical experience from internships or working student activities, with some experience abroad (not exceeding 12 months).
• Customer-oriented, motivated to communicate and collaborate, with a willingness to explore new topics.
• Strong team skills and excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical affinity (e.g., PowerBI, SAP).
