Getting started instead of waiting? Starting in October 2025, we will launch the next round of our START IN trainee program at our Berlin site. Are you seeking a trainee program in finance and tax for Bachelor or Master graduates? Join our Service Hub team. We will prepare you for your future employment through various stations. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

During the 18-month rotation program, you'll gain diverse insights into various departments of our international competence and service hub and actively shape your career start with us.

• Work with your mentor to develop a personal growth plan tailored to your strengths and interests.
• Explore different departments such as Indirect Tax, Financial Reporting, and Business Reporting within our international hub.
• Take responsibility for exciting projects and contribute ideas to optimize our services.
• Participate in a three-month international stay or assignment at another BASF Group company to expand your network and intercultural skills.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• A good Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics or related fields with a focus on finance and/or tax.
• Practical experience from internships or working student positions is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented, analytical mindset, and eagerness to explore new topics.
• Affinity for numbers and business topics.
• Strong team skills and excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical tools like PowerBI, SAP, etc.
