What to expect :
Structured on-the-job training in the sales environment, with rotations in Key Account Management, Inside Sales, and Sales Support
Insight into the entire sales process — from identifying customer needs and creating offers to drafting contracts
Active involvement in preparing and following up on offers, as well as managing sales opportunities in Salesforce
Customer care focused on existing clients — you'll identify potential and develop tailored offers to support their growth
Initial exposure to new customer acquisition / cold calling — helping to orient you and strengthen your communication skills
Participation in industry events in the housing sector to deepen your knowledge and build your network
You’ll sell modern ERP solutions like Wodis Yuneo, including migrations from Wodis Sigma to Wodis Yuneo
Close collaboration with departments such as Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Consulting
Use and maintenance of our CRM system Salesforce to manage and document the sales process
Mentoring & buddy program, regular feedback, remote work options, and in-person team meetings
Willingness to travel approx. 30–40%, depending on the stage of the sales process
What you should bring :
A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study, or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship
Initial experience in sales, customer contact, or business development through internships or working student positions is desirable
Ideally, first experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Interest in digital solutions and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
Strong communication skills, empathy, and persuasiveness to excite customers about our solutions
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
Excellent German and English skills
