What do the areas of Consulting, Customer Success and Support have in common? That's right! They are part of your 6-month trainee programme at Aareon.

For 67 years, we have been creating digital solutions in the real estate sector throughout Europe and advising our customers as a leading provider of SaaS solutions. We are looking for motivated and committed talents who share our passion and want to join our diverse team.

Start with us the trainee programme in October 2024 and seize the opportunity to gain valuable experience and a boost of knowledge by starting your career as a trainee (m / f / d) in Consulting and Customer Success. Afterwards, you will continue directly in your home base, which we will determine together in our first introductory meeting.

What you can expect:

  1. On-the-job training: familiarisation with the areas of Consulting, Customer Success and Support as well as the practical development of necessary skills and knowledge.
  2. Consulting and advice: Support in the analysis and optimisation of business processes for our customers in the housing industry.
  3. Customer Success: Ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through continuous support and advice.
  4. Support: Processing and technical support and handling of incoming customer enquiries.
  5. Outstanding projects: Within the divisions, you are allowed to take personal responsibility for your tasks in project assignments.
  6. Company culture: Working on an equal footing and an informal culture with specialists and managers.
  7. Further development: Our mentorship and buddy programme offers you the opportunity to grow professionally and develop continuously.

What you should bring with you:

  1. Completed vocational training, e.g. property management assistant (m / f / d), digitalisation management assistant or bachelor's / master's degree in real estate, business administration (BWL), marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience in the context of internships, working student activities or initial professional experience is desirable, but not a must-have.
  3. Initial experience or in-depth knowledge of the housing industry is required.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour.
  5. Openness towards variety, diversity and intercultural cooperation.
  6. An open-minded mindset and enjoy working with us to drive forward an agile and modern working environment.
