What you will enjoy doing

During the 24-month trainee program, you will join our Legal & Compliance organization in Pullach, Germany, with functions including Legal Services, Compliance & Data Protection, Insurance, Export Control, and Customs.

You will work on exciting, varied, and international topics across all Legal & Compliance functions. The program includes job rotations in departments like Project Management, Contract Management, Tax, and Finance, providing a comprehensive view of our organization and strategy. An international assignment at a foreign subsidiary or construction site will be part of the program.

From the start, you will work in an international, cross-functional team, enabling professional growth and extensive experience.

Your mentor will support your development with guidance and feedback. Additional training sessions and visits to our entities in Dresden and Tacherting will be offered. Networking opportunities with peers and managers will further enhance your skills.

What makes you great

You hold an above-average degree in law, a legal state examination, or a comparable qualification in an international legal field. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, and knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) is advantageous. Your experience from internships or studies abroad, international mindset, and teamwork skills are valued. Strong analytical skills, self-confidence, motivation, and eagerness to learn complete your profile.
