What You Will Enjoy Doing

Our 24-month trainee program allows you to explore different fields such as Business Development, Service Delivery including Project Management, Service Commissioning, and Service Operations for global projects within an international organization.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business through job rotations across various Linde Advanced Operations Services (LAOS) bases (e.g., US, India, China, Hungary).

The program provides insights into Linde Engineering’s SaaS business model, Sales, Project Delivery, and Continuous Improvement Processes.

Part of the program involves hands-on commissioning experience at an international construction site. From the start, you will engage in project work that fosters professional growth and extensive experience.

Your mentor will support your development through guidance and regular feedback. Additional training sessions, peer networking opportunities, and visits to our entities will enhance your skills. Active engagement with peers and managers will further boost your growth.

What Makes You Great

• Excellent grades in a master's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, control and instrument engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Affinity for working with various IT applications.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and German (minimum B2 level).
• Experience from internships or studies abroad, with an international mindset and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills, self-confidence, motivation, and a desire to learn.
• Willingness to take responsibility and manage multiple tasks.
