Trainee Finance (m/f/x)

As a Finance Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Finance at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in a Finance department
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Finance & Controlling, Accounting, or Financial Management or similar
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
