Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

For our AI Development team, we are looking for trainees who we will specifically prepare for their future role as Junior Consultants with a focus on Data Engineering within one year. You can find detailed information about our trainee programhere.

Your tasks

• As part of our project teams, you will actively participate in the design and deployment of modern database systems within exciting customer projects
• You will support the implementation and orchestration of data processes with a special focus on data quality, security, and resilience
• You will create data pipelines to enable data science and analytics solutions
• You will help set up and deploy scalable data infrastructures in the cloud
• You will actively contribute to various formats of internal knowledge exchange
• You will also support our (Senior) Consultants in their daily work, for example by helping to prepare customer meetings and presentations

Your profile

• You have very good programming skills in Python, Bash/Shell as well as SQL
• You are familiar with modern analytical data architectures (e.g., Data Lakes, Data Lakehouses)
• You have first experiences in collecting and provisioning data for analytical purposes (ETL/ ELT)
• You have experience in processing unstructured data in the context of LLMs and RAG, as well as working with relational databases, would be a plus
• You have ideally already gained experience in dealing with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• You are a strong communicator with good German and very good English skills
• You stand out through your reliability as well as thorough and structured way of working
