TRAINEE CORPORATE FUNCTIONS INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL LEGAL OPERATIONS (LEGAL SERVICES BPO) (M/F/X)

Legal Services offers all business partners worldwide solution-oriented legal advice. We provide comprehensive support in contracts, negotiations, and processes with customers and suppliers as well as in general litigation and commercial law matters. In a matrix organization, Legal Services is organized on the one hand according to regions and on the other hand according to global cross-sectional topics.
In addition to these purely legal issues, Legal Services also includes the Global Customs Office, Global Trade Law Office, Group Privacy, Legal Entity Management and the Global Compliance Office.
Our small department Global Legal Operations consists of a team of highly motivated four team members. We serve as the Staff Department for the General Counsel, performing the global Corporate processes (e.g. satisfaction surveys…) and, most importantly, implement and maintain the global standardized processes for the Legal Department (in total around 430 Heads in 50 countries) and drive and orchestrate our global Digitalization Initiatives. This includes technology projects like contract life-cycle management (CLM) tool implementation, GenAI applications for various use cases, setting up key-performance-indicator (KPI) dashboards and much more. We closely cooperate with the various Legal Ops functions and lawyers in the countries and regions across the globe as a big virtual team.

Your tasks

• Project work as project manager or project contributor in Legal technology projects (regional or global scope, e.g. GenAI supported contracting tools)
• Develop and hold trainings, consulting lawyers, e.g. on MS Office, get into automating standardized process with MS tools (e.g. PowerAutomate)
• Support and perform administrative Corporate processes

Your profile as trainee

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Informatics, Natural Science, Media & Communications, Engineering, Economy, Controlling, IT Development, Programming, Statistics, Social Studies before October 1st, 2025
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Project and teamwork experience, minimum 3 months international exposure
• Fluid English skills is a must, German is nice to have
• Team player, pragmatics, positive, can-do attitude, open and honest, creative, flexible, explorer spirit, frustration tolerant
• We are looking for a Trainee who enjoys working in globally spread virtual teams and who is willing to take on “ownership”, be creative and solution-oriented – not awaiting “orders” of what to do next.
