We are on the lookout for a curious, open-minded, and creative Trainee (f/m/d) to join our core team of People & Culture Division at UniCredit Bank GmbH.

In People & Culture, we are all about supporting the development and growth of our People. Our trainees are engaged in a special development program, tailor-made for their own needs including full immersion in all People & Culture topics. What you'll be doing

• Getting hands-on with People & Culture strategy: All strategic and operational initiatives of the People & Culture function.
• Managing Daily activities & projects: All daily ad-hoc activities and strategic topics, providing comprehensive support and ensuring effective decision-making.
• Shaping P&C policies & programs: The development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Event planning: Planning and coordinating events such as P&C Townhalls, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement.
• Becoming a data wiz: Preparing and delivering analysis and presentations for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and Group, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

• Own your projects: Take ownership of specific topics and projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring alignment with the overall P&C agenda.
• Dive into research & trends: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the P&C domain, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

• You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Management or similar, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and perform data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (fluent) and German (conversational) language mandatory.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong ownership and hands-on mentality, with a high level of trustworthiness and loyalty.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in P&C best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
