A leading top-tier European intellectual property firm is hiring a Trademark Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) to work alongside their specialist team of attorneys (both in Munich and the UK). This constitutes one of the leading IP teams in Europe, working with national and international clients to protect some of the world’s best-known brands across various industries and sectors.

The firm has offices across Europe, combining trademark and patent attorneys with intellectual property solicitors and German Rechtsanwälte, offering a comprehensive 'one-stop-shop' for all IP-related issues.

The successful candidate will:

• Have 1 – 6 years PQE
• Possess both State Exams (with „Prädikat“) or foreign equivalents
• Have previous experience in Soft IP, ideally in an international or IP boutique law firm, or demonstrate a strong passion for Soft IP
• Be fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Be a motivated team player with a hands-on mentality, willing to assume responsibility from day one in a growing team
• Be willing to travel as needed, e.g., to other offices or client meetings
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural, multilingual international team
• Demonstrate good business judgment, credibility, and diplomatic decision-making skills
