Join Arc'teryx as a Trade Marketing Specialist focusing on key accounts across EMEA. In this role, you will execute brand marketing strategies, collaborate on community events, and analyze marketing performance to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a blend of office and remote work, beginning as a one-year contract.
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Trade Marketing Specialist – Key Accounts, EMEA you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing tactics with a focus on digital and community activations, to deliver the best-in-class consumer experience for our guests.
You will support the Retail & Trade Marketing Team with key account focused trade marketing projects to deliver an integrated, consumer centric marketing campaigns execution across EMEA. You will report on ROI of the implemented tactics with the appropriate KPIs and help to drive strategic choices around content, direction and process.
This position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year (from Oct. 1st 2025 to Nov. 13th 2026). The role is based out of our Garching office, near Munich and is open to hybrid remote work (2 days at the office – 2 days at home - 1 day home/office). Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Retail & Trade Marketing Team is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing plans for our wholesale partners in EMEA, focusing on digital marketing activations and community engagement. The team works closely with the Community, Communications, Sports Marketing and Commercial Teams in EMEA, with Brand Stores Teams in European Epicenters, as well as with the Brand, Retail and Trade Marketing and Community teams at the HQ in Vancouver, Canada.
