Sephora Germany is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to drive best-in-class visual merchandising and store animations. You will support the retail teams on merchandising topics to create an exceptional customer experience, with a focus on the German market and collaboration across the DENS Hub.

You will lead floor plan management, inventory control, and planogram updates, ensuring timely production, delivery and installation of fixtures and visuals.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandise and Animation.
• Willing to travel within DENS region.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

As our Trade Marketing Specialist Germany, your main objective is to ensure we have the best visual merchandise and trade animation in our stores. You support our retail teams in all topics related to merchandising to create the best customer experience.

Your focus and expertise are the German market, on top you will be part of projects across our DENS Hub (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark & Sweden).

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• You lead the floor plan management for stores and corners in close collaboration with your Manager, the Offer and the Retail team. This means you plan and execute brand ins & outs, changes of locations, update of furniture or other VM materials.
• You manage inventory of furniture in all stores and corners.
• You handle planogram / visual merchandising updates 4-6 times per year, communicate to stores and ensure smooth implementation incl production, delivery and installation in store.
• You create solutions for local initiatives, e.g. SALES execution, Beauty Outlet installation or extra visibility for focus brands
• You are the Trade Marketing project lead for new store openings or remodeling of existing stores; in close collaboration with the Retail and Expansion team: floorplan alignment, order fixtures with suppliers, coordinate installation with different stakeholders, secure visual merchandising production, delivery and installation.
• You live and breath merchandise guidelines: how are products displayed, prices communicated, what signage do we use – you help our retail teams to understand our visual merchandise concept and to executed perfectly.
• You provide stores with templates, signage, printing files, and lead production of institutional permanent merchandising

Animations:

• You lead the animation in stores: alignment of yearly plan with Retail and Offer; forecast, order, production and delivery of trade elements; create merchandise guideline for stores; secure high quality of material and perfect execution in stores.
• You are the point of contact for suppliers for POS materials for stores, you source new suppliers and negotiate with existing suppliers to ensure best quality and pricing.
• You follow up animations and merchandising updates by collecting implementation photos.

Budget:

• You are the owner of OPEX merchandising budget and will follow up regularly with your Manager and Finance team
• You plan and follow-up on CAPEX investments in monthly alignment with Manager and Finance team
• You will be a part of the DENS Trade Marketing team, and you will also work closely with Retail teams, Offer, Finance and Supply Chain and with Sephora Europe team in Paris
• You work very closely with the Category Managers, store teams and Area Managers; you understand how crucial your role is in regard to supporting our stores to ensure retail excellence.
• You fuel creativity – you think outside the box, you find best practices from others and share your own
• You love to spend time in stores to see the needs of retail teams, help to implement and ensure excellent execution
• You travel within DENS (Germany, Scandinavia, Switzerland) periodically to meet your peers and support each other

• At least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandise and Animation preferably in a dynamic and growing environment
• Willing to travel
