Descripción del empleo

Our People & Organization (P&O) function is building a unified, transparent global people framework across all business units and operating countries. As Total Rewards Partner reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will shape how roles are structured, evaluated and rewarded across the company. Your work matters now because you will establish one common job architecture, compensation standards, and prepare our organization for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. In this individual contributor role, you will have full ownership of Total Rewards across the entire group.

Tasks inspiring you:
  • Build on initial role-clustering work and existing local grading practices to design and roll out one consistent, gender-neutral global job architecture and levelling framework across all countries.
  • Bring together compensation and benefit practices into one transparent company-wide standard and align local salary bands.
  • Establish our baseline equal-pay analysis, gender pay gap reporting and pay transparency workflows ahead of EU Pay Transparency Directive deadlines.
  • Design and guide the first company-wide annual salary review and variable pay cycle on the new architecture.
  • Own the global job architecture, gender-neutral evaluation methodology and job description standard, keeping levels and pay bands consistent with German agreements on compensation.
  • Design and maintain base salary structures, local salary bands and variable pay frameworks using market benchmarks, and lead the annual salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Own company pension and benefit design, vendor renewals and cost governance, while HR Operations handles day-to-day administration.
  • Lead equal-pay analyses, statutory pay gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance, and prepare technical reward data and levelling criteria for works council co-determination with the Employee and Labor Relations Manager.
Qualifications:
Must-haves
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and managing compensation and benefits frameworks, including analytical job evaluation, job architecture design, international salary banding and annual pay cycles.
  • Strong working knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, equal-value evaluation criteria, statutory pay gap reporting and preparing reward frameworks for the Works Council co-determination.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and multi-currency financial data modelling skills across multiple legal entities.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken, required to draft German reward policies and works agreement schedules and to lead global compensation cycles in English).
  • Based in Germany with the right to work and live in EU
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience bringing together multi-country job levelling and benefit structures across multiple business units or international subsidiaries.
  • Experience in Software Development / Tech companies.
  • Working proficiency in another language of our operating countries
