Your Role

As a Total Rewards Manager – Compensation & Benefits, you play a vital role in shaping a rewarding employee experience that drives performance and engagement across FINN. You ensure our compensation and benefits strategies are both competitive and aligned with our values, enabling us to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. With ownership over rewards, benefits, payroll, and our employee equity program, you are a key partner in building a high-performing and inclusive workplace. You report directly to our Chief People Officer Karen and collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team, to help scale our total rewards approach as we grow.

Your Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic partner to the business: As the go-to expert for compensation and labor law related topics, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our total rewards strategy supports FINN’s growth. You’ll play a key role in evolving our compensation philosophy to meet changing business needs while ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Evolve People Operations at FINN: With a strong foundation in place, your mission is to elevate our operational excellence across benefits, payroll, immigration support, and more. You’ll continuously improve processes to ensure they run efficiently, meet employee needs, and scale with the company.
  • Lead and grow our employee equity program: Equity is a core part of how we reward and align our team. You’ll take ownership of our equity program—enhancing its design, ensuring smooth administration, and driving clear, consistent communication both internally and externally.
Your Profile
  • At least 3+ years of experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a scale-up.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job leveling, payroll, benchmarking tools and experience with employee equity programs is a strong plus.
  • Analytical with a structured, strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, experienced in working with a senior leadership team.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
