SIXT is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to partner with HR leaders worldwide, shaping compensation and equity programs to drive business performance and employee engagement.

You will design total rewards solutions, manage equity plans lifecycle, ensure data quality in Workday, and deliver training to HR teams. A proactive, strategic thinker with 3+ years in total rewards will thrive in this global role.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or related HR function.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of compensation structures and equity programs.

• Advise HR Business Partners, country teams and managers on total rewards topics, including compensation strategy and equity design.
• Design and optimize total rewards solutions aligned with business objectives and local market requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of equity plans and incentive programs (grants, vesting, accruals, compliance, reporting).
• Ensure data quality in Workday and deliver insights through ad-hoc reporting for strategic decisions, including equal pay analyses.
• Deliver training to HR teams and managers to build capability and transparency in rewards processes.
• Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to streamline operations and scale total rewards globally.

As Total Rewards Manager (m/f/d), you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners, country HR heads and teams as well as managers across the globe. You'll be – together with your teammates - the go-to expert for all total rewards matters, combining hands‑on operational excellence with strategic consulting to ensure our compensation and incentive programs drive business performance and employee engagement.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as the go-to advisor for HR Business Partners, country teams, and managers on all total rewards topics: From compensation strategy and incentive design to market competitiveness and equity programs
• You design and optimize total rewards solutions that align with business objectives and local market requirements, partnering closely with leadership to drive impact
• You manage the full lifecycle of equity plans and incentive programs, including grants, vesting, bonus calculations, accruals, compliance, and stakeholder reporting
• You ensure data quality and reliability in Workday, conduct equal pay analyses, and deliver insights through ad-hoc reporting that supports strategic decision‑making
• You build capability across the organization by delivering training to HR teams and managers, and creating clear communication materials that drive transparency and understanding
• You identify and implement automation and AI solutions to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and scale total rewards processes globally

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education and Experience You have a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field and 3+ years in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or related HR function
• Strategic Mindset You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, thriving as a trusted partner across geographies, bringing clarity to complex rewards challenges, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical Expertise and Regulatory Know-How You have strong analytical and numerical skills with deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive design, and equity programs (especially SPP/LTI plans) and you possess knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations related to compensation
• Technical Skills You are advanced in Excel and experienced with Workday or similar HRIS systems
• Attitude and Additional Experience You bring a proactive, can‑do mindset and ideally a background in international/multi‑country compensation, project management, or finance/controlling
• Languages You are fluent in English; German is a plus
