Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Private Equity team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic investment team with a strong track record across multiple sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Background: Preferably with experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
• Location: Ideally based in Munich or willing to relocate.
• Language: Fluency in German is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, modeling, and investment research.
• Support deal execution, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
