Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

Manufacture of components for injection molding tools using CNC lathes and CAD/Cam systems. You create your own editing programs with MasterCAM. You set up and operate your CNC lathe independently. The machines in question are equipped with Heidenhain or Siemens controls. Program corrections/optimizations of existing CNC programs can be made independently based on your programming skills. For small series, you are happy to operate several machines in order to ensure optimal production utilization.

Qualifications:

Trained tool mechanic or toolmaker or comparable position with several years of professional experience. You demand the highest precision and independent quality control. Acting independently and ensuring product quality is a matter of course for you. This also applies to compliance with operational/legal requirements for environmental and occupational safety, order, and cleanliness. Ability to work in a team, willingness to take responsibility.
