For the position of Tool Coordinator at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are looking for a committed personality with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and hierarchical levels. You have a proactive, solution-orientated way of working and feel comfortable in a dynamic team environment. Help us provide tools efficiently and resolve process issues quickly.

The gross annual salary is between €55,300 and a maximum of €58,300, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
  • Control and coordination of the exchange of tools requiring calibration at the construction site
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal logistics and procurement departments to ensure tool availability
  • Maintaining and updating site-related parameters (e.g. article releases, changes) in the internal administration system
  • Monitoring tool availability and initiating measures in the event of deviations
  • Clarification of process disruptions in the tool and logistics flow and initiation of necessary escalations
  • Supporting the continuous optimizationof tool-specific processes on the construction site
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or in a commercial profession with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, logistics and process planning with a focus on tooling and order management
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU
