Field Sales Representative Austria (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets according to the sales strategy
  • Develop and implement a sales action plan
  • Plan target customer outreach
  • Promote awareness of the Nexans brand
  • Prepare marketing reports on customer visits, market trends, competition, and innovations
  • Maintain current customer data related to products and services
  • Prepare customized offers based on customer requirements in cooperation with the technical department
  • Present offers using communication tools such as presentations
  • Define KPIs for each customer
  • Adjust and confirm offers as needed
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Manage risks, ensure legal compliance, and adhere to internal controls in line with the Nexans Group Code of Ethics
Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel to customers and factories
  • Ability to work effectively within a global team
  • Customer and market-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
