The gross annual salary ranges between €64,000 and a maximum of €67,500 depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Creating time calculations using MTM STV (Standard Time Value) and MTM UAS (Universal Analyzing System)
- Acting as a point of contact for production, work preparation, engineering and central departments
- Evaluating time impacts of modifications, process improvements and optimisation proposals
- Identifying and implementing efficiency measures in production
- Planning, managing and technically reviewing work packages with external suppliers (contracted work) for MTM STV calculations
- Conducting industrial engineering projects and expanding MTM time modules
- Enhancing calculation methods and processes for the Hamburg site
- Preparing reports, presentations and time-related evaluations using tools such as TiCon, Google Sheets and Palantir
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or another relevant technical discipline (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering and process improvement
- Solid knowledge of lean management and project management
- Proven experience in working with MTM STV (Standard Time Value) is mandatory
- Knowledge of MTM UAS (Universal Analyzing System) or in-depth process knowledge in aircraft manufacturing (structural or equipment assembly) is a plus
- Confident use of SAP, TiCon (time management software) and Google Workspace
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
