TikTok Shop-Procurement & Business Development Manager, Logistics (Chinese Speaker) is a key role to lead European logistics sourcing, onboarding, and supplier negotiations across customs clearance, trucking, and last-mile delivery. • Familiar with European logistics links, customs clearance, trucking, tail-end distribution, supplier ecosystem and cost structure.
• Strong negotiation, cost awareness, and ability to lead complex supplier projects.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese to work with senior clients and stakeholders in Mainland China.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute contracts, supplier transitions, pricing updates, and key projects.
• Build and optimize a scalable supplier management framework including performance monitoring and onboarding.
• Monitor market dynamics and pricing trends to support strategic sourcing.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics network to strengthen supply continuity.

• Drive market analysis, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to optimize pricing, service terms, and overall logistics supply performance.
• Build deep expertise across customs clearance, transportation, and delivery operations to continuously improve pricing structures, settlement models, and partnership frameworks.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring stable capacity, service quality, and operational resilience during peak seasons and critical business initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute contracts, implement supplier transitions, manage pricing updates, and deliver key projects.
• Build and optimize a scalable supplier management framework, including supplier performance monitoring, business reviews, onboarding, consolidation, and exit management.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends across European logistics markets to support strategic sourcing and business decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and compliance risks within the logistics network, strengthening overall supply continuity and resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, business administration, or related majors is preferred.
• 5+ years or more experience in logistics business, logistics procurement, supply chain management or related business development; experience in European logistics or e-commerce logistics industry is preferred.
• Familiar with key logistics links in European countries, understand service models such as customs clearance, truck transportation, tail-end distribution , supplier ecosystem and cost structure.
• Strong business negotiation skills, cost awareness, and resource integration abilities, able to independently take charge of complex supplier cooperation projects and promote the implementation of results.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese to work closely with senior clients and internal stakeholders in Mainland China
• Preferred Qualifications- Experience in platform-based businesses, national logistics networks, tail-end resource management, or logistics procurement.
• Experience in European e-commerce logistics is highly preferred, especially in platform-based businesses, country logistics network management, last-mile resource management, or logistics procurement.
• Existing network or experience with European local logistics providers, customs brokers, trucking carriers, or last-mile delivery partners is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and BI tools, able to output optimization plans based on operational and procurement data.
• Excellent communication skills and business sensitivity, able to adapt to cross-national and cross-cultural cooperation scenarios.
• Able to accept travel arrangements within the European region. Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
