About the team

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Europe Logistics team, responsible for the overall logistics operations and performance in Germany.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee logistics operations in Germany, including courier delivery, fulfillment warehouse, reverse logistics, import clearance, and reverse warehouse.
2. Manage end-to-end logistics performance from payment to delivery across different logistics modes.
3. Build and manage strategic relationships with Key Business Partners, 3PLs, and Logistics Providers.
4. Own SOPs, monitor KPIs, analyze root causes of issues, provide feedback and solutions, and drive results until changes are implemented.
5. Conduct market and industry research, develop operational plans to address issues.
6. Manage daily operations, ensure high performance, and foster team improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, science, supply chain, or operation management.
• People management experience in platform logistics, especially in eCommerce companies is a plus.
• Solid understanding of logistics ecosystem, experience with 3PL management, and familiarity with couriers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations including data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, import clearance, etc.
• Understanding of logistics marketplace operations, governance policies, and user growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills, experience in team setup and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving logistics metrics (volume, breach rate, cost, CR, NPS).
• Understanding of product lifecycle with the ability to influence product development teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, customer-centric attitude, capable of working independently and in teams.
• German language skills are a plus.
