About the Company

A TikTok-focused agency dedicated to helping brands succeed on the platform. From developing creative strategies and producing content to managing influencer campaigns and growing TikTok Shop sales, work closely with brands to achieve meaningful results.

Location and Work Model

Remote (Germany-based) with co-working spaces available if preferred; candidates based in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich are especially encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to lead the charge on growing our TikTok Shop presence in Germany. This is a dual role, combining new business development with account management. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, pitching prospects, onboarding sellers, and helping them scale effectively on TikTok Shop.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing part of our business and to build a new a growing area of the business.

You’ll be supported by our existing UK TikTok Shop operations team to deliver for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of TikTok Shop in Germany by bringing new clients into the agency
  • Build and manage a pipeline of seller leads, managing outreach and follow-ups
  • Pitch TikTok Shop services and onboarding packages to ecommerce brands and sellers
  • Provide strategic support and account management for existing TikTok Shop clients
  • Deliver performance insights and growth recommendations to help brands succeed
  • Work closely with our internal creative, affiliate, influencer, and paid media teams
  • Liaise with TikTok’s regional teams for opportunities, updates, and support
  • Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, features, and best practices in the German market

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Fluency in both German and English
  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, influencer marketing, or social media
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or other ecommerce marketplaces preferred
  • A commercial mindset – able to close deals and build long-term relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple clients at once
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Passionate about TikTok, social commerce, and creator culture
