Your responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming support tickets, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver effective solutions with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Utilize your SQL and MySQL skills to investigate databases and provide quick, accurate resolutions to data-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot integration problems and ensure smooth system interactions using APIs and web applications.
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to internal processes and support documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical challenges to developers and ensure smooth collaboration through clear communication.
  • Support ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central and stay updated with current tools and best practices.
You bring along:
  • Hands-on experience with databases, especially MySQL and SQL, to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Comfort working with APIs and protocols to troubleshoot and support integrations.
  • A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly identify issues and determine when to escalate.
  • Enjoyment working with web applications and ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with German considered an asset, to explain complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Good organization and time management skills, capable of working independently while managing support tasks effectively.
